We are intentionally lean, hands-on, and highly engaged. Our boutique size allows us to move quickly, adapt in real time, and remain deeply involved at every stage – from early concepting and brand development to lead generation, launch, and sell-through.

Backed by over 50 years of collective experience in the development, real estate, and creative sectors, our team brings executive-level insight, proven tools, and deep market knowledge to every project we take on. We’ve worked from both the boardroom and the sales floor and we know what it takes to launch, position, and sell homes in today’s market.

Megan brings nearly two decades of experience in the property development sector with a proven track record of driving real estate projects to success by building strong, trusted relationships. Beginning her career in residential Interior Design, she progressed into Design Management, honing her expertise by leading numerous commercial projects and multi-national clients both throughout Canada, the UAE and KSA. In recent years, Megan has planted her roots in the Okanagan and turned her focus to new-development services, specializing in preconstruction sales and marketing, and over the past five years has driven multiple highly successful projects throughout the region.

Megan is known for strong stakeholder management and ability to orchestrate opportunities. She partners with developers, brokers, and capital partners to align vision, resources, and market opportunity. Her approach is founded in trust, value creation, and a deep understanding of what it takes to bring thoughtful, well-positioned developments to life.

Zane Bouvette

With a career spanning more than four decades in British Columbia’s real estate and development sector, Zane specializes in land acquisition, deal structure, project approvals, vertical construction and project delivery. His journey began in 1998, working in land brokerage in the Kootenays where he represented some of the largest land owners in the province. He moved to Vancouver with his family in 1995 and was one of the members of Landquest Realty Corp. – the largest land brokerage in the province. He then evolved through founding a provincial land brokerage, leading Sotheby’s Land Division, and transitioning into full-scale development by 2010.

In his role as Partner at Cohaus Collective, Zane operates as a strategic advisor in all facets of the company.Through his development company Aurora North (an affiliate partner of Cohaus Collective), Zane is actively advancing multiple high-impact developments across key regions of British Columbia — leveraging site acquisition expertise, community-first design, and strong execution to deliver thoughtfully positioned projects that respect and enhance the places they serve.

Zane believes in integrity, aligned vision, and long-term value creation. Outside of work, his focus is family, being rooted in community and being responsive to the land that anchors us.
